In my role leading the design and execution of QSR projects, I adapted brand design guidelines to meet site-specific needs, improving customer experience and aligning with business objectives. I collaborated with internal stakeholders and external consultants, including project managers, the real estate leasing team, operations, franchisees, engineering consultants, and landlords, to develop solutions for both new and existing markets.
